What do I do on my days off from work you may ask? Well my answer is late breakfast with a dear friend! This mornings breakfast destination was Kettle and Tin at Paddington. It is a café during the day and then transforms into a bar in the evening. It has a laid back style with indoor and outdoor setting, combined with a simple but delicious breakfast menus makes for the perfect catchup or first date destination. The coffee is smooth, and there is no bitter aftertaste...so no sugar needed, beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice and I ate the eggs benni, the sauce has just the right amount of lemon juice added to cut though the richness. The staff and friendly and don't chase you out the door as soon as you finish eating! I highly recommend Kettle and Tin...planning to try there lunch menu soon and will let you all know what it's like! x

First day.

Well today was my first day blogging, I don't really have anything exciting going on in my life right now. I feel like even if nobody ever reads this it doesn't matter, I am going to keep on doing it for myself...I am making it one of my goals, that I Heids will document at least one photo and one text blog each day for at least 365day!
