Hurt my muse! See how they react!
ā: Stab in the back with a knife.
ā: A kick in a very sensitive area.
āæ: Insult them as a person. (Insert specific insult as needed.)
ā : Punch/slap to the face.
ā: Strangle them.
Ļ”: Give a gash that will leave a scar.
į¦: Emotionally scar them for life.
ā : Nail them to a structure with any sharp implements.
ā: Break off a relationship.
ā: Shove them into a body of water.

Evienne gave a slight huff when he stood in her wayĀ āFine alrightā she commented, removing her hand from the wound so he could take a look.Ā āStupid mistake really.. I misjudged and they got me in the shoulder. Stupidā it was clear she was angry at herself, all she was trying to do was protect her people.Ā
Aragorn looked over the wound, it looked nasty but he had seen far worse and people had survived. He had a good feeling she was going to survive this, and he was going to use what skills he had in healing, a lot given to him from the elfās.
āIāll go get supplies that will help youā

Arwen placed her hands within his, her eyes scanning his ownĀ āYou wonāt let them down Aragorn.. you need to have more belief in yourselfā She stated firmly yet at the same time gently.Ā āGar- estel mui melĀ āĀ
Aragorn wished he could have that same faith, but his thoughts always fell to the stories of old, and how his kin failed to destroy the ring of power and let the evil control, and that same blood flowed in his veins.
āI am the luckiest man, you know that? I donāt know why I have been chosen to be blessed by your grace, but I honour it. Thank you, Arwenā

Evienne couldnāt help the smirk which crossed her features, she unsheathed her own swordĀ āWell no but Iām still gonna beat you. Best two out of three? Winner buys a pintā It was all just a bit of fun but it also meant Evienne could practise. She poised herself ready for the first strike making sure to be light on the balls of her feet.Ā
Aragorn laughed, he appreciated her certainty. āShow me,ā he smiled as he decided he was going to make the first move. He swung his sword in his hand, getting used to that familiar weight, and then swung it at her.
Evienne quickly defended herself swinging the sword against his. The sound of metal clashing with one another, she was a skilled fighter and perhaps they were equal matches. She knew it was going to be hard to beat Aragorn in the match but she wasnāt going to give in she was far too stubborn. She jumped out of the way of one swing going behind Aragorn kicking him lightly in the leg.
As the kick came to his leg from behind it forced him down to his knee, and his grip on his blade loosened and he dropped the sword, something a Ranger should never do, but being a Ranger he wasnāt without a second blade, which was his dagger and he gripped the hilt, turning while still lower and lunched for mid region, hoping the lower attack would catch her off guard.
"What troubles you?"
āThe very same thoughts that govern my head, my love.. I do not wish to fail my people, or let the city fail.. I owe that to Boromirā

It was clear Echo didnāt exactly wish to leave, but they needed to and fast. āWe are not safe here,ā he spoke as he moved to take a hold of her hand. āI would not lie to you, you have my word. We should get going.. Take only what you need. We tread lightly, and with hasteā
Echo moved and then kept herself close to Aragorn her brown eyes were weary but she had the courage to do what she would need to do. āI believe you, I trust you with my life,ā Echo spoke with a firm voice. āThoughā¦where are we going to go now?ā Echo asked with a soft voice. She was more than curious but she did trustĀ Aragon. āAre we going somewhere safe?ā Echo asked.
Aragorn couldnāt help but allow a smile to form on his face, it was certainly nice to hear that she trusted him. āWe are going somewhere safe indeed, at least I am hopeful it still is. Iām taking you to Rohan, the horse lords. We shall seek shelter thereā
"It's nothing it's just a cut" Evienne commented as she held onto her shoulder though it was more of a slash than a cut as the blood seeped through her fingers.
āIt does not look like nothing,ā Aragorn stated as he headed over to her, getting in her way as a deliberate attempt to let him at least take a look at it.
āI can help, if youāll let me do so..ā
"I bet I could win with a sword fight with you"
Aragorn smiled as he pulled his sword, āthereās only on way to find out,ā he said and then took a battle stance, ready to face the danger of her deadly skills with a sword.
āWords mean little in battle..ā
"thank you Evienne for shooting that orc in the head that was about to kill me..oh no problem just doing my job" she joked lightly lowering her bow. (ladyoflamedon)
He turned to face Evienne, a smile on his face as he did indeed dip his head to her. āThank you,ā he said as he looked back to the Orc who had gotten him off guard.. The Ranger would scold himself for such a rookie mistake. āI will gladly return the gesture, and save you one day, should you need it..ā
ā⦠no⦠Iām tired⦠let me sleep⦠I donāt want to get up.ā (from any muse of mine you like )
āI know.. but Echo, you have to. We canāt stay here. If you canāt walk I will carry you the rest of they way, I promise.. But we must go nowā
Echo looked somewhat reluctant as she got to her feet. Her gaze was on the other her mouth set in a determined way. If he told her that it was time to move on then it was probably in her best interests to follow him. āDo you think weāll be in some danger here?ā Echo asked her eyes showing some signs of concern. She was still unfamiliar with the area as a whole.

āI promise I will see you safeā

āāwhy do you hide away in gondorās darkest hour? why do you not help us against the enemy?ā
@heirtothethronegondor l one liner.
āBoromir.. I would never leave Gondor to fall, you have my word. I merely wish to flank the enemy, I do not ask for any man to join me, but I will save you all or give up my life trying.ā
āFor Gondorā
@ladyoflamedon
Aragorn had a duty as a ranger of Gondor to protect the lands and the people within, he was currently hunting a band of orcs that he had been tracking for a day now. He headed into Lamedon, the closest town to him, wanting supplies and to warn the locals to stay in their homes, stay in safety.
He exchanged coin in order to stable his horse and a room in the inn to sleep.. He also paid for a black smith to sharpen his weapons.
Evienne had heard of the ranger who had entered her village, she had been watching him carefully. "You alone are going to fight off the orcs?" Evienne questioned from behind, she put her hood down. She was a beautiful young woman, fair skin with light brunette hair and warm brown eyes. "My lady.." the blacksmith stated upon her presence the other workers even stopped to look. "And who are you stranger?"
Aragorn didnāt feel in danger here as it was a friendly place, but a part of him wanted to keep his guard up a little, not wanting people to know who he actually was. āYes, My Lady..ā he spoke as he took a moment to look upon her beauty, āIāve done so before.. These orcs will fall like the rest of themā
āCall me Strider, and I shall not be in your town for too long, I will hunt them at dawnā
"strider then" Evienne commented, "Well you can't fight them on your own, it is my town and my people and so I will fight with you" She explained gently her eyes going to the blacksmith "Sharpen my sword you will know the one I am on about" She enjoyed a fight, able to weild a sword. It was balanced to the right weight for her so it wasn't heavy so she could be as swift as she needed to be "Of course ma'am" He replied simply. "it will take them a while to sharpen your weapons why don't you have a drink with me?"
While Aragorn wasnāt opposed to the help offered, he didnāt want to risk any other life than his own. āIt is my Duty to see it done, not your own. Your aid would be welcomed but I do not wish to put you in the ways of danger. Iām a Ranger, Iāve trained long and hard to take down a handful of orcsā
