I keep falling into the same trap with the same people and I can't seem to learn and they can't seem to change and I have to cut ties for good and surrender to the fact that this is never meant to be a normal, functiong relationship.

I hate when I lose my temper and scream and talk back to the people who wrong me.like wtf!

They manipulate me all the time and push me to my limits without any remorse, but why do I have to be the better person and be expected to compose myself?

I resent them less for the wrong they did, and more for who they forced me to become to survive it.
