Good afternoon my dear government. I'd like to make a request that Shizuo Heiwajima, placed in Cell B-2, comes to me for any session of therapy he has. He is a very dangerous inmate and needs to be handle in a certain way that I'm afraid other therapists won't be able to handle.

Of course! To clear things up, even though upstanding citizen Izaya Orihara applied for the psychologist role when Block A filled out, he is free to work with any of the inmates within the prison.

This also means that when we do another draw, it's not restricted to only the people from our new block. So, even though that bastard Joker did not make it last time, he still unfortunately has another chance.

As well, even if you do not hold the psychologist role, you're free to try to hold unofficial sessions, though getting hold of prisoner files would be a difficult (and somewhat illegal) endeavour.
