There is an absurd amount negativity on tumblr when it comes to Apollo (and…Apollo only for some reason in spite of some other gods doing same problematic stuff?) So to bring out some positivity, here are things I like about Apollo

Uhhh his special friendship with Aphrodite uhhh

More generous than most of the gods (when it’s not hubris)

Probably the only god who felt remorse for punishing a mortal

Dad’s favorite son (ironically…..the most rebellious one too)

Gets very attached to his kids. Will def kill for them

Actually a good dad!

The best hair (most probably). Everyone loves it.

He presents himself as feminine many a times. You should look at the long, designer robes he wears.

In spite of being the associated with beautiful, gentle things, he can be a fuckin badass and has the power to destroy everything in matter of seconds.

I'm kinda sad, because I have like 2 or 3 different gods I've shown interest in who want to approach me and start on our journey, but my job has turned into an extremely toxic environment and it's making me extremely stressed for a number of reasons, and said gods don't want to stress me out more and they don't want me to feel guilty about starting our relationships in such a stressed out headspace. I'm thinking about looking for another job, because I'm starting school next month, and I don't need to deal with the toxicity of my current job while trying to balance classes. I'll figure it out and do what I need to, but the whole situation kinda has me bummed out
