Find function based on the function and folder name

Today I am trying to find the method to get user when inputting user id. However, when I typed getUserId, no result was shown. My manager also tried and then she tried to find it based on the name of folder.

For User entity, there is folder called controller. Then we find the method name is called `findUserById`
