This is important!! And, if you can avoid it, don’t lie down flat immediately after taking your meds (depending on the med…). You want to make sure it goes all the way down and doesn’t get stuck and dissolve before it hits your stomach.

… Taking my meds is also like the only time I remember to hydrate during the day 😅
