In the end nothing really happened to Yukine. He stopped Yato's attack on Father with a borderline. It's a mystery to me how Yukine recognized Kazuma in his weapon shape and only then recognized Yato too. He is hyperconfused and stated that he doesn't know what to believe anymore. When Yato called his name Yukine blasted complaining that it isn't his real name, that he wanted Yato to erase it from his body and asked who he himself is. In that moment Yato collapsed and Yukine, wondering if it was his fault, panicked and ran away from the park. In the background Father commented that since Yato is with Kazuma he is serious about killing him and said that, if this is the case, he will take Yukine.
