Sunday 8th May

Happy Sunday! I hope you were able to take some time to relax. In my corner of the world I’ve been busy working on my diss, due in next Friday. I’m actually feeling pretty ok about it, I’m on top of it and am just making corrections now. The weather has also been lovely here, and I did a few dance workshops and also practiced alone in the studio (and my flatmate came along for a bit which was such fun!) - feeling sore but very happy. We learnt the entrance of the swans in ballet which was lovely to dance. Also I saw and petted the fluffiest cat, making my heart very happy 🐱

And exams has ended! It is now time for a long break! Will be taking this time to recharge since i didnt take much of a break during my last end of academic year holiday. I will probably start studying a bit of german soon hahaha😓 Just some pictures of the past few days!

i am currently having two weeks of easter holiday. as my focus is terrible when staying at home, i spend most of my time in the library. the idea of peers judging me pressures me to work :)

past mont ha been... interesting to say at least. i submited all my essays, finished the coil project and my semester is ending in a week and i still dont feel too good to actually do something more productive. i know im a studyblr and i shoul maintain this "im productive all the time" facade, but thats not what im aiming for

September was a very difficult month for me so I’m glad it’s over, time for the spooky season. Nowadays, I’ve just been studying and studying and I’m slowly getting through all the subjects for the university entrance exam.

09282021. This was last week's spread using a sticker sheet called "Meow" by the Suatelier Design brand. I love this brand, their stickers are so cute and minimal. I'm actually hoarding a bunch of sticker sheets because they are tooo damn cute to be used, but the sticker sheets I have more than 2 of (like this one) I've been able to be strong and use up. lol.

POST PLUS IS COMING, WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT!

Despite the fancy survey, changes to the UI and TOS reveal we’re getting the service in the future whether we want it or not. Obviously, Post+ is a terrible idea that is trying to bank revenue on user content. Unlike patreon or onlyfans, tumblr’s primary focus is on FAN content. The legality of this is NOT in the users favor and as the new tumblr TOS states, said users will be entirely liable for whatever legal matters arise.

SO WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Besides filling out the survey, it’s time to show tumblr we mean business and show our displeasure by hitting them where it hurts.

Ad revenue.

We’re proposing a 24 hour log off as phase one of this protest.
