“So it is…” Asriel agreed, he’d been in need of relieving his own tension and even if he didn’t want to admit it, the gym and sparring wasn’t actually enough for himself. He needed something that bit more primal. “A shame the moons not more often, as you’re actually far more tolerable in this kind of mood” He pointed out, Asriel now only barring his own teeth in return, being the aggressive dominant over the over “I’m familiar with such actions” He said, now kneeling down, shifting his legs so that it was now his knee against Henry’s chest.

Henry stared at the man and raised an eyebrow. “You’ve never had more than a five minute conversation with me before. I would say it’s you who is far more tolerable.” The man didn’t know him, not really. And what he found tolerable in Henry were actually things that were there, just usually pushed away. He grunted as the man shifted to kneel with his knee on him. One of Henry’s hands curled around his calf. He merely pulled his lips back once more to bare his teeth, with a hint of a grin.

“ that one yes, i think that’s what they called it. or…you are it? ” iris muses, arching an eyebrow in thought. “ at least the children in the street i grew up in would scream that, before running off. ” she purses her lips, before she moves to swim properly once more. “ i wouldn’t know, i never played it. ” or with other children, for that matter. “ oh I wouldn’t doubt that. ” she hums, swimming over towards the edge, leaning against it. “ still i’m curious as to how fast you are–- ”

“Something like that.” He nodded his head. Everything here was called different though, so it was hard to find common ground or figure out what things were what. He hummed, watching the woman. He lifted an eyebrow. “Perhaps once day you will find out.”

“I can tell, you use it enough” Asriel replied in a grunt, watching curiously when Henry seemed to scoot closer to him, Asriel’s tail flicking a little more, his nose twitching.

“Oh do you then?” Asriel scoffed, feigning interest before he only smirked when Henry nipped at him “What the fuck was that?” He mused, then flooring him hard again, now shoving a knee hard to his chest to hold him in place, yet allowing the wolf to keep a grip of his hair.

Henry groaned as the man floored him hard again, a soft growl falling from his lips. “It’s close to the full moon.” He remarked as he bared his teeth again, he blew out some air and lel this head fall back. He took in a deep breath as best as he could mage. “That was a nip. Wolf like action.”

Asriel’s tail flicked around, not a wag but merely showing his changing mood. His ears moved like radars as they picked up sounds and howls around “You should play a different tune on that tiny violin of yours.”

Henry scooted further on the ground, closer to the other wolf. “I like my tiny violin.” He remarked. A sign of humor showing more in this state, because he was feeling a little looser. Henry usually hid that.

“Maybe so, but you could easily do pull ups on those bars, if the fragile insane little blonde human mouthy slave can do it, you can” He said simply, looking a little confused when Henry tried to wrap himself around him, the wolf refusing to be put down even if there was a slight misfooting, Asriel now grabbing Henry hard by the hair.

“I do pullups on occasion.” He responded. And he did, just not as often as he probably should have. He ended up trying to get sleep whenever he could manage it. But he didn’t get all the nutrition he needed, and rarely slept-- it made him weaker. He growled and nipped at the man as he grabbed his hair.

“That makes it even more amusing, it’s their fault for being humans…” He said simply, sure it was a stupid statement since they couldn’t actually help it. But he just detested them that much. The wolf then tilting his head when Henry’s tail gave some wags.

Henry huffed and looked up at the other wolf. He pawed the ground slightly, wishing that he was out of this cell and in the moonlight. He didn’t usually want to be out this bad, but he supposed it was the lack of true full moons that were making him act this way. “I’m still stuck in here with them.”

“ we shall see. ” is all iris remarks, watching him from her unchanged position still. “ you played tag then? ” she concludes, turning to look back up at the sky. not even that was something iris had been able to do, always forced to be quiet, to pretend like she didn’t exist. and yet, she had been fast, quick on her feet. “ think you would be able to race me? ”

“Tag... That is where to touch someone and then they have to get someone else, yes?” He nodded his head, “We played similar games in the pack.” Though Henry had never been allowed to be a part of it. He’d had to watch from a distance. He turned to look at her, “I am fast.”

Asriel laughed and then held Henry up by his collar with his strength merely to prove a point, only then smirking “Well bigger for a reason I’m sure…” He mused, dropping him to the floor and standing over him, waiting for what he’d do next.

Henry stared up at the other, allowing him to think he had won for at least the moment. “You get the things needed to make you larger.” He licked his lips before he bucked up and wrapped his legs around the other wolf in a sweeping motion. Surprisingly strong for a wolf like him.

Asriel laughed as the smaller wolf tried to flip him over, to the large Master it was like a nature documentary and a younger lion tried to take down a larger male “This is cute” He chuckled, gripping him by the collar to pull him off.

Henry let out a low growl as the man pulled him off. “I’m fast-- you just happen to be bigger than me.” He shook his head before he nudged at the master with another grin. “No need to be condescending.”

Asriel’s tail swished around and low growls came from him. “Whiny humans indeed, but it is still amusing to spook some of them” He said simply.

Henry arched his back slightly, his tail wagging a couple of times before it settled. He hadn’t played with another wolf in a long time. “You don’t have to deal with them crying all night.”

Asriel still remained unmoved as the wolf made attacks to him, though he at least felt them- it was something enjoyable for the masochist in him, Asriel grabbing him by his arm and holding it in a crushing grip, before he then turned it into a wrestling move and flipped him over to slam down hard onto the floor of the ring, the wolf grinning himself and his eyes blazing a bright orange as he did so.

Henry’s lips pulled back over his teeth in a wolfish scowl as the man gripped his arm. He couldn’t do anything but be flipped over and slammed into the floor. He was dazed only for a moment before he was moving again, using his smaller stature to weasel his way out and wrap an arm around the man’s neck in a desperate attempt to get the master flipped over. His eyes glowing a bright gold.

Asriel watched intently as Henry submitted and slid down to rest on his paws, the wolf still showing his teeth, his tail showing that it was unimpressed by how it was arched “I’ve done my running, but I’d chased someone in here…So came to look around.” He grunted lowly, his ears coming back up to show the bad snap was subsiding.

Henry watched the wolf, a soft eyebrow on his face raising slightly. He hummed at the idea of a run, of a chase. God-- he missed that. “Whiny humans, scared wolves-- it’s not real exciting in here.”

“ we might have to change that then. ” she states, still remaining on her back “ i do like the beach, at night especially. ” she supplies, stretching out her arms above her head. “ next time i go i can take you with me. ” she exhales, not offering nor promising, simply throwing the option into the room between them curious as to how, or whether for that matter, he would respond. “ you mean soccer and the like? football and baseball and whatever else there is? ” she turns her head a little so she can regard him “ i never was allowed to participate in them, eventually they lost their appeal, i suppose. ”

“Perhaps you can.” He nodded his head, he was aware that it wasn’t a promise and he liked that. Promises always ended badly. He dove under the water for a moment before coming up. “We didn’t play those in my pack-- didn’t have balls or anything.” He found himself floating on his back then. “I just like to run.”

Asriel snapped at Henry to warn him of the tone, then glaring at him with his large orange eyes, the wolf showing off his teeth “I’m sorry, do you own the fucking place?” He snarled.

The wolf huffed before moving closer and dropping to the ground in front of the other wolf. “I didn’t mean it like it sounded. I just would rather be outside running myself.” He rested his head on his paws and looked up at the other wolf with a soft whine.

Asriel had already had an eventful full moon, he’d hunted and he’d scrapped with another wolf until they had submitted. The huge chocolate brown wolf stalked through the cells, his large paws giving slight thuds, smaller wolves backing up when he passed their cells, even more so when he growled at them. It was then that he noted Henry, having not seen him since they had had their sparring session. “What’s this then?” He wondered, watching as Henry paced up and down.

Henry wasn’t terrified of the other wolf, at least not at the moment. The smaller scruffy wolf just continued pacing even as the wolf came to stop in front of his cell. He was getting irritated by human screams and crying. He huffed slightly and turned to look at the wolf that had joined him. He usually would drop to the floor but decided against it. “Why are you here?”
