Why was I chosen to hear the words of God
whispered into my ears as if I've asked a question
giving me a knowingness to pass onto others
I try to ignore my destiny but
The birds keep singing it
The lake keeps reflecting it
The wind keeps confirming it
And the moon illuminates it in a glow
There are many secrets in the dirt.
a warm delight
it tickles the senses
It infuses the day with goodness
Gladness
To be consumed, tasted, and appreciated
Each sip, a blessing
Nourishment
A pleasant reminder to enjoy
Now
in wonderment and awe.
I am unable to hear their words clearly
they give me answers mostly in symbols of beauty
a wispy white feather drifting down
or a yellow dandelion, a weed to some, but a flower to me
shining brightly in Father sun until her little wisps
are blown gently by sweet lips.
onto the wind she goes, pieces of her are flowing
away with delight, with Purpose
more of her will grow, elsewhere
families spread through the breeze
landing in new homes, for new flowers, for new sweet lips.
Iridescent wings flicker with light of knowing
change is here
just when you thought you knew the way
we shift
mid-flight, with grace
with an understanding, ancestral in nature
another opportunity to see the divine plan
always unfolding on the wings of dragonflies

bring your whole self, he says
fly with me into the light
The light of knowing
the light of nature
The truth.
I remember thinking i've never witnessed someone look so peaceful
Let alone myself.
I was so tired from walking but I had finally arrived home
I turned to be embraced by a light and warmth
It whispered to me.
You are loved. You are safe. You are needed here.
As you are.
Just as you are, right now.
At that moment I learned what It felt like to have no worry.
No thought on if the folks in my life were ok.
No thought on if I was ok.
Just ok-ness. Just being. Just breathing.
This was something I hadn't experienced on Earth.
But was readily available to me in the spirit.
I brought that light back with me.
It lives in my heart now, overflowing, overlapping into all the facets of life.
The reservoir in my heart is deep and never runs dry.
I give a little with each loving glance, with each smile.
Here, have some. Share in the gift that was given to me so freely.
It's yours too.
It's ours.
It always was.
the story always changes it’s always something different always something unique why is it that we spend time figuring planning thinking instead, we could let it all go and be here with the pain we could feel it all completely we could let it take us let it take us down into earth’s heart where she holds all sorrow tender care is offered we receive. changed we then become and we never once expected it
these words are loving and sweet i may never know how they really come across you are reacting as if I've committed a crime treason against the heart perhaps. I don't know how to think it out every action creates this same reaction it exacerbates the wanting the wanting to cut myself open and place you inside me so you can know how I feel so you can feel my intentions my love Why when care is offered it is so rarely received it pours out of my heart and dies as it slams into your chest protected, caged, and giving giving of pain I receive your heart is not open it is just like the world closed hearts and minds how to crack them open love anyway care anyway keep trying to open maybe one day you will see a peeking through after the new dawn all love ever sent floats in tandem of time waiting to fall in just the smallest crack it just takes that one crack and a cold disaster becomes a wholehearted human.
love what does it feel like home show me that on a map I can't find it safety offered to those willing to let go of the haunting living in memories, living in bones, living on until the last goodbye, or the next friendly hello.

It's a sweetness to breathe deeply.
A kindness to place a hand on ourselves and whisper "it's ok, I am here for you".
It's a miracle to wake up to surrounding magnificence,

It is a joy to smile and feel the warmth of such love bubbling to the surface
It's a wonder to be aware,
a blessing to behold.
Another breath to draw in slowly....

Where can I pause?
How can I better understand?
How can I slow down?
How can I be more mindful of when I’m rushing?

Soothing bells dispels
negativity from all around me
A freshness recedes and comes back in

Coming and going
Touching and nourishing
At home, from within.
It’s extraordinary to realize your heart is the
most important part of you
You can never be separated from it’s beating
incessant at times
but mostly comforting, a reassurance
I wonder if my life will end on an up or down beat.
My heart says the music never stops.
It’s the pauses for breath
the perceived silence
That is actually a thunderous symphony
that’s the moment of continuation

I ask the birds what they are singing about
but they never pause to answer
Not on a sunny day
Not when there’s joy gushing from their little
beaks and wings
Spring came again
Flowers are unfurling
The breeze is once again sweet
Who has time for Questions
Spring time has taught me on this day

to sing along.
