Hi i'm Erin and my dream is growing a huge food forest and living self sufficiently and also to own a food truck business..I am a Chef and all around earth lover and art lover. I recently bought 2 acres of land in oregon and I live with my boyfriend Bobby, my cat Louise, dog Alirah, Nigerian dwarf goat Jewels, and a lamb named Rosemarie who was adopted by jewels and drinks her goat milk! Im working to fix up the property and home and make a real working farm! Wish me luck. #Easy #homemade #icecream #rose. I mixed one can of sweetened condensed milk in the blender with one can of full fat coconut milk and whatever flavor you want, like vanilla in this case. Pour it into a sheet pan and freeze until you are able to scrape it up cleanly with a spatula and roll it!

My first time making preserved lemon peel! Layer your quartered lemons or peels with salt in a jar and smash them down so they are covered in the juice. You may need to add a splash of extra juice to make sure they are submurged. Let them sit for a week unrefrigerated before moving them to the fridge. . #homemade #preserves #fermentation #homestead

Starting this week fresh and fruity with overnight chia- date-oats and sprouted buckwheat Müsli with all the freshness on top. I love this minty flavor in combination with coconut shreds and cacao nibs. Green leaves as basil or mint can bring a whole new touch to your mornings :)). Have you tried it? 👇🏻 .
