Being an empath, this is a very good article to read. it’s helped me a lot recently, I never really understood much about being an empath for awhile, just that i could read peoples energies and decipher their emotions through vibrations. I didn’t know what it meant, or how to control what energies bounce off me, or even how I should use this ability to my advantage I.e the good sides of it from the bad, The tips alone have helped me learn how to keep myself balanced and not constantly in a state of mixed emotions. I am still learning about this every day and i know that the more concentration I put into it, the more i’ll be able to fully call it a great ability rather than a spiritual condition. These really work, try it!
