𑣲⋆｡˚ liam definitely thought it was an allergy at first; his silly ass could not comprehend the difference between an allergy and an intolerance. definitely so nosey about it and does not ever stop asking you questions about it: "can you eat this?" "what's wheat?" "huh, what's gluten then?" "...nah yer' pulling my leg."
𑣲⋆｡˚ once he finally understands the difference between the two, he starts buying you products that say they don't contain wheat or gluten! ...without realising you can't safely eat products that aren't approved by celiac safe organisations. he was genuinely a little depressed for a while afterwards.
𑣲⋆｡˚ he started researching a little more, and kept his eye on whatever little snacks you ate around the house and on tour. he would memorise the packets before heading out to the grocery shop to get them himself -- he lowk doesn't trust anyone else with your food.
𑣲⋆｡˚ this poor man was devastated when he found out most alcohol isn't safe for coeliac's. he was genuinely in shambles. dare i say he proposed the idea of making a business on coeliac safe alcohol...
𑣲⋆｡˚ equally was devastated when he found out your cross-contamination was so severe that you had to clean the oven and have separate cooking utensils. poor guy just feels so guilty about all of it, and especially is upset over the fact that he can't do anything to change it.
𑣲⋆｡˚ liam (at first), would still eat normal treats and meals in front of you, despite triple-checking that your food was 100% gluten-free/coeliac safe. you told him it was fine, but as soon as he saw your sad little eyes while he was eating something he immediately felt guilty about it.
𑣲⋆｡˚ bf!liam who also used to “accidentally” joke about your gluten-free products and how they tasted. though, he immediately picked up on the way your facial expression began to flicker. he immediately gave you a quick hug and apologised profusely.

𑣲⋆｡˚ bf!liam who didn’t really understand how bad getting “glutened” was until he witnessed your first flare up. the first time you got glutened around him he genuinely thought you might’ve been dying. lowk his panic only made ur stress worse, just an overall catastrophe and him freaking out over you.
𑣲⋆｡˚ liam will definitely make you some kind of herbal tea — usually peppermint or ginger — to try and help ease your stomach pain. definitely the type to sit down next to you with his puppy-eyes and look all sad because you’re sick and he can’t do anything about it :(
𑣲⋆｡˚ that day, liam replaced every cooking utensil and accessory he owned. he also went through his entire cupboard and got rid of anything that was coeliac safe. he also made an unspoken decision to eat gluten-free as much as he could — especially around you. of course, there were exceptions but he tried his best to do it when he wasn’t around you.
𑣲⋆｡˚ you definitely had to warn him about toothpaste, shower products, skincare products, etc…he genuinely ranted about it you for like 2 hours straight…

𑣲⋆｡˚ if you travel with him, best believe he’s making sure you get the best care available; he plans out all the restaurants and airplane food, and has a list of snacks and new things for you to try. on his riders, he makes all of the items gluten free and will even have a seperate rider for the rest of the band if they have anything unsafe. liam has definitely lectured them one to many times about it too.
𑣲⋆｡˚ if he suspects he’s had something with gluten, he will outright refuse to kiss you even though it makes him upset. he’s so paranoid he’ll even cover his mouth before he can brush his teeth again. he’s a lil’ silly but he’s got a good heart!! 💗
𑣲⋆｡˚ once woke up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat and asked you if you could “get glutened by clothes.” and started freaking about his wardrobe before even hearing your answer.
𑣲⋆｡˚ liam knows you can handle yourself and your condition, however it doesn’t stop him from being a little overprotective of you. at restaurant’s he’s double checking even before they put the food order in, and he’s even triple-checking when they bring the plate over to you. he really tries to refrain from doing it so he doesn’t embarrass you, but he does not want to see you get glutened again.
𑣲⋆｡˚ once you were 100% sure liam could cook a safe meal for you — he’d been begging for months on end — liam was ecstatic! he doesn’t get offended over your apprehension, but he definitely makes it the best meal you’ve ever had in your life. he most likely has a little chip on his shoulder after you compliment him hehe

the stone roses self titled is so beautiful and absolutely for the girls because anytime girls are mentioned/the song is about a girl, they're described as something beautiful almost whimsical and not as something to be lusted over and i'm a huge fan of that
i have a liam to noel girl pipeline theory and i think this applies to most people on here (correct me if I'm wrong tho):
every oasis girl starts out a liam girl. i mean he's the frontman and sings like an angel, he's pragmatic, (relatively) tall and criminally fit.
then you do some research and find out he.. just sings (this is a joke, i love liam) and realise noel is writing all the absolutely gorgeous songs and pouring his heart out and then at some point you see noel in older (like 2010s HFB noel) and realise he is absolutely the hotter brother and kind of aged into his looks aaand then you're done for.
