"Mree he he! All will bow to the Eggman Empire!" cackled the hedgehog. The former Princess of Monopole threw the unconscious rabbit into the robotisizer, then turned her attention back the Princess of Mobotropolis.
"Ivo opened my eyes, Princess Sally. We've been fighting a losing war all our lives. Every time we made head way in the fight against him, he came back at us, better and stronger than ever. He's given me everything i've ever wanted.. riches, power.. EVERYTHING!"
"You don't have to do this, Sonia! Think of your Family; Sonic, Manic, your parents..." cried out Sally. "Eggman has brainwashed you into believing everything we've done has been for nothing, but that's just not true! We reclaimed entire continents from his rule, pushed back his forces, prevented him from taking over Mobius."
She didn't know what to do.. All she felt like she could do was talk.. She was supposed to be the greatest Freedom Fighter tactician alive, but without her team, what else could she do? Sonia paused and looked at the huge button placed at her feet. Could she really go through with it?
"You're not talking your way out of this, Acorn!" she excalimed. "FOR THE EGGMAN EMPIRE!"
The Egg Boss slammed her foot down on the button, and with a load roar, the Robotisizer began to glow. The limp, lifeless body of the young rabbit began to float, she tensed and let out an ear-piercing scream.
"Ch-CHAO!" cried Cheese her chao companion as Sally fell to her knees. Their was nothing she could do.
Sonia looked up slowly, brushing her bangs from her face; a lone tear fell from her eye.
"1 down, 8 to go."
