Captain Planet falls into a trap set by Dr. Blight and Duke Nukem. They use smoke to strip him of his flight powers and he falls into a plexiglass cage. Duke Nukem then blasts him with radiation to completely render him powerless so he can’t escape.

Nukem tortures Cap relentlessly to the point where his chest globe begins to weakly pulsate, indicating he is close to death, but does not kill him. He still tries valiantly to fight back and punches the cage, but collapses from exhaustion.  

Once too weak to even stand up, Blight straps him to a table and begins to run her fingers all over his scantily clad body.
