1) you pay him

2) you don't and that results in you and Robin getting sold to the underground brothel

In case that you would get forced to perform on the stag by making him cum while you get raped by sex machine

Once you and Robin are alone you will angrily span at you and pin you,"some rescuer you are" he says or something along the dialogue but oh boi that scene made me feel something that for sure 👀💦

theres an escalating order to your punishments every time you refuse/can't afford to pay bailey but i highly recommend taking on robin's debt before you test those, just because it's more entertaining/stressful that way
