Scenes from a pre Thanksgiving walk.
In lieu of the food & wine show this year, Katherine and I did a walking tour of NE Minneapolisâ finest establishments. It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun, and this is easily the photo where we look the most normal đ
Brady is slowly but surely gathering part-time Illinois fans in Minnesota. We went to see the women play at the Big 10 basketball tournament last week and he found a couple other people willing to wear orange!
Anyone who knows me knows my favorite expression (and the way I live my life) is, âItâs easier to ask forgiveness than it is to ask permission.â And sometimes that attitude gets you on the field after the Illinois game. (And also scores you free hot dogs, in an unrelated stadium adventure.)
Okay but I should definitely have a second career taking homecoming photos on my iPhone.
Homecoming, Part 2
Well it only took 15 years but we finally returned Brady to Illinois for homecoming!
Another fun family weekend in Lincoln is in the books! The Gophers squeaked it out and finally broke a 32 game losing streak when trailing by 10+ points. (Gophs went into the locker room down 10-0.) We are not usually a second half team but they turned that around on Saturday AND we got a look at next yearâs QB!
Actually a pretty good plan considering the cost of living these days.
My friend brought a film camera to NYC and made these beautiful images. Iâm so glad he shared!
The best part of spring finally arriving is midday walkies!
When youâre trying to keep an eye on both people eating and canât decide who to prioritize.
