âSean⊠thatâs the nameâ right.â of course he had forgotten, âMmm⊠well, when someone kills my flowers, I gotta teach âem a lesson.â he said, his speech getting a little more rough and⊠Yakuza like. âBut anyway!â And there was that sunshine smile and sweet tone again. âNext time weâre in your city, Iâll be sure to let you know so we can perhaps meet up, Iâm not sure if youâve ever met my boyfriend, heâs a bit of a mess, but heâs my mess.â he chuckled fondly, just smiling.
âAhâ if youâre free right now, would you like to go and get some ramen? Or maybe some coffee?â he asked, âOr perhaps we could just go on a walk and catch up.â he didnât particularly want to just end their conversation and go their separate ways, not when he was finally graced with the presence of someone decent to talk to.Â
Really, they had gotten in all this trouble here and Sean didnât even bother to tell her. Sheâd ask about it later. Nonetheless, there were other... issues here, none that sheâd bring up directly, but--that were still evident. She smiled big at him, choosing to ignore it. What harm could it bring--well, other than to certain New Yorkers.Â
âRight, right, of course. Thatâs very understandable, your hard work should be appreciated, not trampled,â she nodded, âthough, I do know theyâre quite receptive to regular forms of communication as well...â she left it at that, however, choosing to smile at him.
âI donât think Iâve met him, no! Do you think Iâd like him?â She waved her hand, chuckling to herself, âI most likely would! I understand that entirely, Iâm sure heâs cool if you chose him!âÂ
She reached into her bag quickly at the sound of a familiar ding!, her eyes scanning over the text for a moment before looking back up with a grin. âI do believe Iâm free right now, yes! I think thatâd be a lovely idea! Iâm up for whatever you have in mind! Itâd be wonderful to catch up!â
