BASIS FOR OUR EXHIBTION:

the story of this film is a woman who is sucked into a cult out of fear of it’s members. There are twists and turns and sexual awakenings as well as paranoia, dream sequence and displaced reality. On a basic level it felt like an appropriate title for our exhibition as it both reflects my influences and melissa’s brightly coloured pieces. The exhibition was in the dark and so the spotlights on melissa’s paintings made them jump out of the dark as well as the colours of my film on the projection screen.
