Anything that is done with negative energy will become contaminated by it and in time give rise to more pain, more unhappiness.
Life becomes a celebration when weâre engaged in the here and now. Whether weâre hanging out the washing or preparing a meal, when we are present in our doing, in our actions, weâre not missing our appointment with life.
To dream about a better scenario would mean to resist the way things are, and to resist brings anxiety, boredom, depression, resentment, sadness etc.
Eckhart Tolle simply said, âWherever you are, be there totally. If you find your here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally.â
We always have a choice for a better, more enjoyable state of being, one which is in non-resistance to what is. If something is making us unhappy in this moment, we have the option to remove ourselves, change it or just to accept it. Peace comes when we let go of the idea of the way things should be.
âSome changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.â
â Eckhart Tolle
âWhatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.â

âLife will give you whatever expericence is the most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness.â

âA bodhisattva doesnât have to be perfect. Anyone who is aware of what is happening and who tries to wake up other people is a bodhisattva. We are all bodhisattvas, doing our best.â
â Thich Nhat Hanh
âEnlightenment can be measured by how compassionately and wisely you interact with othersâwith all others, not just those who support you in the way that you want. How you interact with those who do not support you shows how enlightened you really are.â
â Adyashanti
âMany people who are going through the early stages of the awakening process are no longer certain what their outer purpose is. What drives the world no longer drives them. Seeing the madness of our civilization so clearly, they feel somewhat alienated from the culture around them.â

âSurrender comes naturally when you no longer ask, âWhy is this happening to me?ââ
