So, I was unboxing the nct 127 Ay-yo album with @soleilsuhh and we got to this picture. We spent a long time trying to guess who this member was, but we couldn't get to a clear answer. So pls, help us T-T we need to know T-T
When Taeil wears his cute apron, he lets his inner chef out. He gets all excited, preparing utensils and ingredients you don't even need, but that makes everything look fancier, so you get excited with him.
You act like his assistent. Taeil loves how you play along with him, he can't hide a silly smile. "How was your trip to France, chef?", you ask him, trying to sound professional. "Ah, it was great! We are opening a new restaurant there, 5 stars already, even before the inauguration", he replies, having fun.
He asks "Bowl!". You go "Yes, sir!". "Spoon!". "Yes, sir!". "Kiss!". "Yes, si.... Wait, what?". He just blushes and murmurs "Nothing, nothing". You laugh at how cute he is, and plant a quick kiss on his cheeks, making him get all red.
｛❈｝Johnny
Johnny is here just for the fun, because he knows nothing about cookies besides that they are delicious and go amazingly with a strong cup of coffee.
He gives really good suggestions though, suggestions that makes you impressed. "I think we can make some white chocolate cookies, and add nuts in them!". "You know, maybe sugary corn flakes will give the cookies a nice crunchyness!"
He gets scared and amazed at the same time by the amount of sugar and butter you use in the recipe. "Oh wow!!",he exclaims, after watching you dropping maybe a whole package of sugar inside of a bowl. "Oops, I guess I exaggerated...Nooo, what do we do now?", you say, all worried. "Oh well, I can say they will be sweet, definetely... Hmmm, but not sweeter than you, don't worry, it's okay", he completes, as he watches your guilty face relaxing and wrinkling a bit as you smile wide.
｛❈｝Taeyong
Taeyong has never been so cute as he is when you're making cookies. He absolutely loves the idea of having sweet times with the sweetest person, eating the sweetest treats.
He shapes the cookies into cute forms, patiently explaining step by step, reassuring you're doing amazing every three minutes, looking at you with fond eyes.
He pretends he doesn't see you eating half of the chocolate chips. "Hmmm, I had the feeling we had more chocolate than this...Where did it go?", he playfully asks, placing his hands on his waist and laughing quietly at you immediatly stop munching, trying to hide the fact that you definetely know where the chocolate is.
｛❈｝Yuta
Yuta is ready to give you his full assistence and support. Any idea you have is a good idea for him. He just wants to do it with you.
He is interested and devoted like a grade A student. "Ohhh, so that's how you do it! Ok ok, I got this! I can do this!!", he says, but end up asking how to do things every ten seconds.
He playfully lies from time to time: "Do you know that my aunt owns the biggest cookie shop of Japan? It's super famous, she even bake cookies for the emperor". You always fall for his lies, because he just say things with such a straight face that you truly believe him for a second, until you see him smirking. "You're so cute", he says to the pouting you, who don't believe you fell once more for his stories
｛❈｝Doyoung
Doyoung and you start making the cookies together, but midway, you don't know how, it turned into a competition: the one who makes the best cookie will be free of doing the dishes.
He eventually peeks at what you're doing, puts ingredients and utensils in front of you when you look lost, like he's "accidently" helping you out.
"Oh gosh, I think now it's time to add some eggs! Now mix everything well.... BUT GENTLY!", he almost screams, catching with his periferic view you smacking the dough like it's a punching bag. "I think you really want to do the dishes, uh!", you laugh, giving him a little thank kiss.
｛❈｝Jaehyun
Jaehyun is excited. He is treating the activity as a scientific experiment. He sees all the ingredients in front of him and his mind starts working.
He is kinda clumsy in the kitchen though, so you need to babysit him in a way, so you can have intact plates by the end of the day.
He wants to put weird things in the cookies. "I'll make you a special one", he says, walking towards the fridge."Where's the mustard?". You pretend you didn't hear him, and continue to do your stuff, thinking that maybe he would give up his idea. "Ohh, if I can't find the mustard, I guess I'm left with the wasabi...", he announces, side eyeing you. "Please, no!! Here is the mustard, gosh, Jaehyun!". "Because you were good, I'll get the honey instead of mustard.", he smiles triumphantly, having fun with everything.
｛❈｝Winwin
Winwin was a bit worried he wouldn't be of much help, but he researched a bit on how to make cookies and confidently stepped into the kitchen with you.
He was not expecting enjoying the proccess that much. Forming a cookie from scratch, kneading the dough with his own hands, watching them growing into beautiful perfect shaped cookies. Everything is fascinating.
It's adorable watching him in front of the oven, excitedly watching the cookies getting ready. When they do, he stands in your way. "No, let me take them out of the oven. Stay away, it's hot!", he says, clearly super scared of getting burned, but making sure you're safe and sound. "You can have the first one", you say, but he just breaks a cookie in half, smiling and handing one part to you. "Why would I have it by myself if we can have it together?"
｛❈｝Jungwoo
The idea of baking cookies actually came from Jungwoo. He suddenly had the urge of eating cookies, so that's what he will be doing, with your help.
You're like the chef and he is your assistent. You want to follow the recipe strictly, literally, but Jungwoo has another plans for your cookies.
"Jungwoo, can you give me 100 g of sugar, please?", you ask him. He hands you a suspicious amount of the ingredient, it's too heavy, but you think it's maybe your imagination. "Jungwoo, please, I need half a cup of chocolate chips now." When he gives you a full cup of chocolate, you know you've been deceived this whole time. "Jungwoo! I know what you're doing!". "I don't know what you're talking about!", he says, with his blank innocent face. "If the cookies turn out horrible, it's not my fault!". "You're the one making them, of course they will be perfect, like everything you do!", he disarms you, who can't even get mad at such a cute puppy.
｛❈｝Mark
Both of you actually don't have a hint of how to make cookies, but you want to try it. "What can go wrong, right?", he wonders. "Besides burning the whole house down, actually nothing!", you say, making him giggle his characteristic giggles, but you don't know if it's because of you joke or because he is really considering that burning everything down can be a very possible outcome.
But he is way too excited. He is fully enjoying his time with you, and here and there he gives his suggestions. "No, but what if we make a giant one?" was one of them, which you ended up doing.
When your cookies get out of the oven and you taste them, your and his eyes go wide. "Oh woowww, baby! We must be geniuses! They are delicious! The best ones I've ever had!", Mark says, unconciously taking your hand in his, and you just have to agree that not only the cookies but this moment you're living is indeed one of the best you've ever had.
｛❈｝Haechan
His plan is just watching you do all the work, but he just can't. Seeing you struggling with breaking the eggs properly and getting pieces of shell in the dough was the last straw. You need a hero, and this hero is Haechan.
He naturally takes the things of your hands and starts explaining how to do everything. You get impressed at how good he actually is in the kitchen.
"Listen, I've made cookies for my siblings a hundred times, look" . And you end up just admiring him do everything and putting a batch of freshly baked cookies in front of you. "They are so yummy! ....Hmm....You know... there's this other dish I really wanted to eat...", you start saying, getting interrupted by him "Y/N, no no no, I'm not going to make it for you!". He looks at your sad expression though, and surrenders with a warmer tone "Maybe I can help you though... Just help! Hunf".

The cotton of Taeil’s sheets felt unusually soft against your bare skin.
They’re the crisp cream colored ones you had helped him pick out a few months ago after he decided to finally invest in a headboard and insisted he needed a set of good quality sheets to really commemorate the whole ordeal. You humored him because you thought it was endearing how he saw the new bed as a milestone.
