Tried to draw UF Mettaton! I might try my hand at designing my own version when I got time, but I wanna explore more on drawing more AUs in general ^^

Bonus some ideas that have been brewing in my head but I can't dedicate too much time rn to do, so these all might be possible in the future (I also have wayy too many ideas rn like it's lowkey overwhelming)

I'm also almost done with one of the requests so expect to see that soon! (when my immune system isn't falling apart bec of the weather in my country rn 😭)

This is just gonna be me rambling and explaining the AU so if you don't wanna read it, then that's it for the post!

I got the idea for the au when I was binging Getsuyobi no Yuutsu animations and I just found the idea of them being fans of each other and also very equally unhealthily obsessed with one another in a sense where they'd have crazy amounts of merch and also follow each other on social media but on really obscure private accounts.

Also just to rehash on what's written on the page, I like the idea that Tenna is lacking inspiration and a little crestfallen because ratings haven't been all that great, hadn't seen his family friends, then his coworkers (probably Lanino and Elnina) introduces him to this new rising talent that just launched his debut, and he gets petty and blows up about it. Eventually though, he gives into his curiosity and checks him out, and he does a complete 180.

For Metta, Tenna's been his inspiration and muse for the longest time ever since he found him while at a rough spot in his life. He pursued and fought tooth and nail to get where he's at until he debuted. He met Alphys online and bonded with her over idols and idol culture (and his own hyperfixation on Tenna) before having to leave home to move in with Alphys and unfortunately not tell his family where he'd go in fear of not being able to achieve his dreams. Basically pretty similar beats to how his Undertale self went through with a couple of added stuff.

I also just love the idea of having Tenna do oshikatsu and cheering very passionately for Mettaton and waving his lightsticks HAHAHA

This is a very lighthearted AU and just something I like to think of for fun, so I might do more art of it in the future!
