Thinking about Mettaton stealing Tenna's jacket to wear, even if it's huge on him, and Tenna trying to find the damn thing, only to realize Mettaton is wearing it, and is like "welp, guess that's HIS jacket now" and has to get a new one.

And it's like, the 5th jacket he's had to replace this week.

the thing about transmasc spmtn posters is like. i understand wanting your favorite character to be transgender! and i don’t think you should have to explain why you headcanon a character as trans, you should just be able to. but it gets to a certain point where the things you argue make this character a trans man would honestly conjure up an Extremely negative caricature of one and I really do Not think that is what you want

there are perfectly fine reasons you could say spmtn is transmasc if you do wish to go with that interpretation of his character. however I do not think going “trans men are gender-conforming sexists who want to transition for the explicit purpose of gaining the societal power to harm and oppress others” is the win that you think it is

Mettaton May Day 20: Rise

this is my version of the mettaton possessing tenna stuff >_< i love ghost shenanigans what can i say. it's super fun to imagine what might happen. i didn't really change too much from the mettaton classic box design, just swapped it out with the overworld tenna sprite basically.

for me this isn't mettaton's dream body or one he would fuse to, but like the classic box mode, possessing tenna would enable him to experience the world... actually it would enable both of them to experience the world (tenna wants to go to the beach). it would satisfy some part of the weary ache in mettaton's soul just for a while, but at the end of the day... ofc he wants to still be able to watch his tv. i also like to imagine tenna continues to have the regular TV controls at his disposal. this was just a lot of fun to think about bc it always felt like such a natural thing that might happen
