Character in progress~ .3. I'm looking for any feedback or suggestions.

Pintail (or Savvy Stitch/Pin Stitch) the male Pegasus. His family is bird orientated, and expect each member of the family to be the same - bird watching, veterinarians, sanctuaries, training, etc... But Pin never had any interested in that, so he was a blank flank for a very long time. One day, he found is passion - Sewing! He tried to hide his new cutiemark from his family, but they found out and pressured him in to giving up sewing and to stick to birding. He obeyed, but still sews in private, making scarves, hats, and anything else he feels like, hiding it all and trying to work up the nerve to do what he wants.

Snowberry is a ‘classic’ unicorn, meaning she has fetlocks, a long tail, a more twisted horn, and deer-like anatomy. Her special talent is growing and taking care of ornamental trees and plants, such as bonsai and her namesake (as well as her cutie mark), snowberries. She works at a plant nursery.

Is this better? 

I was stumped on what to do for his mane… But his tail I just made the stripes form his actual tail. Purple for his eyes, made the cloud in his cutiemark the color of a storm cloud…

Yeah, better! This looks a lot more cohesive. I’d personally make the short part of his hair into stripes leading up to the bang of that color rather than having it be a solid color, but that’s just me. Nice work! -M

Hope it doesn’t appear too saturated… .~. Anyway, I recreated a character of mine that was originally made about 3-4 years ago. He didn’t have a name or colors, so I had to work from a pencil sketch of a rather sad looking unicorn based off of a  mythical swamp horse. He has no eyes, so uses his magic to guide himself through the uprooted swamp forest. The magic provides an outline for vague details, but of course he cannot ‘see’ colors, facial features, expressions, etc… He is kind to animals, but is very awkward around other ponies. He can shapeshift to appear less creepy (still can’t see, and if he shapeshifts into a pegasus he can’t fly) and lures others in to follow him back to his swamp, where he tries to make them stay. He’s very lonely.  His cutiemark is a Water Lily, flowers that are often in swamps. In some cultures, they represent the beauty of the soul… And, considering they are such bright flowers in a typically unpleasant area, I think it would represent him well… He is kind at heart, but his appearance and area of living make it hard for him to be around others without some sort of lure.    He got his mark after saving a bird that fell into the nasty water of the swamp… Of course, he doesn’t even know he has it…

As for a name I’m torn between Hoodwink and Mousetrap.

That was too good for me to delete. I really like the idea of this OC as well as the design. The colors are dull, like the environment he lives in. The cutie mark is also a touching thing to me. The picture looks incredible to me!

Rating: Good! I’m in love with this character, keep it up and i really hope he becomes a brilliant OC.

So sorry for not submitting a picture with my last question ;u; (I’m not actually a hipster, ignore my username .o.)

This is what I have so far:

(anthro style on the left, gijinka on the right) I just threw a (cliche .c.) Nidoking hoodie on him, and gave him some headphones… So...

Like this~? .3. (flipped Leevi's skin and hair colors, tried to make him more poke-like...) I also tried to make his hair style spiked going back, gave him a big ol' tail... and a casual suit~

And what you and theonetruenators brought up made me think that he might, if asked, say he's a shiny Nidoking to avoid having to be harassed... (not all of his colors match up, but hopefully others don't notice that)  Oh, and binding is not safe when done frequently! He knows, and tries to only bind when going out in public... (it can lead to health problems) Otherwise he wears baggy or loose fitting clothes.
