             ‘ thank you!!! i think we should go somewhere else — OH, there’s this little spot behind the theater with a little bench we could sit in!!! it’s from last year’s set and we had to put it there because like, color guard got assigned the spot in the prop room where we had it and we couldn’t keep it there so we made a little area and — i’m rambling. let’s go!!! ‘ she holds her hand out for him to grab so she can guide him. she’s okay if he doesn’t take it, too, however, walk-guiding was slightly less efficient, but still worked.

     he listens to her ramble, although he doesn’t mind. at the end,      he easily agrees with, “yeah, alright, sounds good,” as he puts      his hand with christine’s. he readily follows her, trusting her to      actually bring them to the theatre to sit and not trying to trick him      into performing. it takes them a minute to end up to the spot, but      once they arrive, michael makes himself at home on the bench,      splaying his legs and slouching accordingly. “so, what did you      want to talk about?”

        ‘ hi, michael!!! ‘ she responds, her tone bubbly as she bounces on her heels momentarily, a wide smile on her face. she was always so full of energy.  ‘ i was actually looking for you. could we talk??? ‘

     the girl’s energy does wonders to his own. he ends up half      smiling, giving a look to the ground before glancing back up      at her. ( it wasn’t hard to figure out why jeremy would be      enamored with her. ) “uh, yeah, for sure. what did you want      to talk about? or did you want to go somewhere else?”

     “oh --- christine.” michael’s shocked and nervous by seeing      the girl in front of him. he shifts awkwardly between feet before      saying, “if you’re looking for jeremy, he’s just over there.”
