Organized Folders with Visuals (MacBooks)
If you ever wondered how you can get visually appealing folders, here is a short and quick, easy way to do it!
Many people like myself (at first), weren’t aware of how to make appealing mod folders which is why I had decided to make this quick tutorial on how to do it.
Firstly, you need to decide on PNGs that you’d like to use for your folder icons. If you’d like to use icons from the Sims 4, you can check out this website https://luniversims.fr/files/category/47-sims-4-pack-dicones/. (I would like to give credits to a staff member on the DeaderPool sims 4 discord server for recommending it to me). You may get a pop up. Click on “Fermer” to decline.
Next, you want to take the PNG of your choice by copying it with right click or command+C and opening a folder in your sims 4 mods folder. Take that folder and right click on it to look for “Get Info”.
Finally, click on the small folder in the upper left in the “get info” panel and paste with command+V.
And, there you have it! The organized mods folder of your dreams. Have fun rearranging your folders!! (:
