It had literally been months since Nicole last saw Colby, because she’d been off the road since October, and he’d gotten injured the month after, so whenever she did make a visit to shows, of course he wasn’t around. She couldn’t even try and deny that she’d missed seeing him every day, because she had, more than she probably even realized, and it was why she was so happy to be hanging out with him again. However, her happiness was essentially put on pause for a few moments when he told her about what happened with Zahra, because Nicole had never really been a fan of the other woman, or her and Colby’s relationship in general. “Ew, no offense or anything, but I always thought you could do so much better. To me, it just seemed like she was using you for the fame and clearly when you no longer could get her that, she became bitter. I don’t know, you always seemed so unhappy when you were with her too, like I can totally see a change in you. Granted, that might be because you’re in the presence of a queen, but you know.” When Colby asked her about John, Nicole couldn’t hide the small frown that graced her lips, because that was a complicated situation. “Well, I wouldn’t say they are all that good.
