Notable characteristics are highly ambitious and wildly unpredictable. His ranking is that of a veteran blackguard--on the verge of tyrant status. Despite playing big roles during each major occurrence within the city since arrival, he has been in many battles and has a remarkable winning streak, so it is advised to approach with caution!

Wanted: Dead or Alive for murder (1st-degree), aggravated assault/battery, arson, harassment and resisting arrest.

Known Abilities: The media reported seeing a blue-haired man with “feline features”, fighting Satan’s spawn and going on a destructive rampage through sector 006. He can change his appearance; seems to be less powerful when he looks more human. Officers witnessed him using a large red laser to take down a helicopter and blast a crater into an apartment building. Bullets now bounce off of his skin. Last seen throwing machinery around a construction site near sector 004. Reward: $10,000

Notes: Currently a blackguard-status resident and seems to act based on the motivation to seize back his full power. He is a ruthless fighter that should be approached with caution.

Hive City Extermination Services

Hive City has been plagued with trouble for longer than anyone can remember. With the constant rise of justice groups trying to stop the chaos comes the quick fall of said groups. Their aims are just, but their methods are flawed.

As a result, a new service has emerged as an attempt at a new solution. The Hive City Extermination Services is an experimental idea to help combat the rising criminal activities. There are no groups to join, and no moral code to follow. The public may step up to put bounties on criminals, and volunteers looking for extra cash may try to capture criminals for a reward.
