30th June 2017: Wrist shot No. 10. Wearing my Seiko 7006 7079 (1975 vintage). Had this serviced recently and find it keeps pretty good time for a 42 year old watch. I have it temporarily on a Nato until I find the period correct steel bracelet.

28th August 2016: Wrist shot No. 9. Some changes to my Vostok Scuba Dude since the last time it appeared here. The watch now resides on a solid navy Nato strap and wears a Meranom Pepsi bezel I recently received from Russia.
24 January 2016: Wrist Shot No. 8. A grey skied Sunday afternoon wearing my Seiko 5 SNK809 on a leather Nato strap with black PVD hardware.
7 October 2015: Wrist shot No. 7. Making my way home from work with my Seiko 5 SNKK93 this evening.
6 October 2015: Wrist shot No. 6. My 2013 CWC G10 on a black NATO. This UK general issue forces field quartz watch is actually one of the most accurate in my collection, gaining about one to one and a half seconds a month.
4 October 2015: Wrist shot No. 5. My Vostok Amphibian 710916 on a mesh strap in the back garden on a sunny Australian spring Sunday afternoon. The Seiko insert bezel I fitted three months ago appears to be holding up well.
3 July 2015: Wrist shot No. 4. My Vostok Amphibian 710916 on a black NATO whilst training home from work tonight. Just fitted the Seiko insert bezel.
30 June 2015: Wrist shot No. 3. Back to work with the trusty Seiko 5 SNKK93 today. This isn't the standard strap for the K1, this one is an aftermarket choice, although still Seiko (apparently).
29 June 2015: Wrist Shot No. 2. Day off today, spent some time with my Vostok Scuba Dude on a NATO.
28 June 2015: Wrist Shot No. 1. Chillin' on a cold Australian winter's morning with my Seiko SKX007 on a leather five ring Zulu.
