dear  tumblr  rpc   :     if  you  commission  something  from  a  person   ,   tell  them  the  amount  is  okay  and  you  will  pay  them  the  full  amount  the  week  after   ,   then  a  day  before  change  your  mind  or  ask  for  a  split  payment     ———     LET  A  PERSON  KNOW  BEFORE  HAND  !     especially  if  it’s  a  big  commission  that  could  have  been  pushed  back  a  little  to  do  other  commissions  if  that  was  the  case .     it’s  not  fair  on  the  person  who  agrees  to  do  your  commission   —   especially  if  it’s  taken  them  weeks  to  do  so     ,     but  also  not  to  them  as  a  person     &     artist .
