Not gone, but on a little break till September!
there is something sadly poetic about the blanket used to cover john torrington's head dying his face
POV: You are French
*looks at polyamorous triad* so which of you is the soldier and which is the poet and which is the king
this is the perfect reblog post cancelled
one day you're a normal gay and the next day you're a not normal gay who gets excited about 1800 ships. you can seek help.
thinking about nelson's first left-handed letter (to earl st. vincent) after losing his arm at tenerife
:(
Adding some sad sentences in the letter too:
“when I leave your command, I become dead to the world, I go hence and am no seen,”
“I hope you will be able to give me a frigate to convey the remains of my Carcasse in England, God bless you my dear sir believe me your most obligated and faithful, Horatio Nelson”
Don’t get me started on comparing it to his old handwriting
These two posts aren't sequential with each other. Just separate chunks of the same scene.
Emergency commission
We found out our cat got a cherry eye. When we went to see the vet, we were told that a surgery is necessary, and the bill is very expensive. This can cause a heavy burden to my mom and I hope that I can support her through doing commissions, any donation is greatly appreciated.
Commissions Open! Click to see Kelvin's commission menu.
Kelvin has been a very reliable artist to work with and look what he's done for my comms earlier! 💯💯💯
“Not long after Vivien’s death, Gertrude and Jack received letters from Consuelo Langton-Lockton, who had cast Vivien's horoscope as early as 1938. She was anxious to ‘expose herself’ as a channel for any messages Vivien’s spirit might wish to convey from across the divide….Vivien returned to her. This proved a highly emotional session, during which Vivien continually asked how Larry was…it was Olivier who was drawing her back to earth. She was begging for forgiveness and wanted Olivier to know she loved him still. The channel concluded, 'If he should 'go’, she will be waiting. Love is stronger than death- and things get sorted out on that side. Thank God.”

Efforts are being made to do a more accurate likeness
90% of it is just emphasising the most tiredest eyes I've ever seen.
