Sneak peek of an exciting new short film I’m working on…🫙

Every month, about 1-2 weeks before my period I would go through cycles of these emotions at varying levels, along with other physical symptoms. It's awful. I'm not sure when it all exactly started but it has gotten worse in recent months as my lifestyle and diet changed drastically. I thought it was just "bad PMS" the whole time, but it turns out this isn't normal! I'm finally recognizing that it's actually a hormonal issue(PMDD). I was surprised it's more common than I thought, since no one else in my family has it and l've never really heard anyone talk about it, prior to researching and talking to some friends about the disorder.

I'm getting help and trying some treatment out, but for now I decided to capture how I feel to get through what is hopefully my last cycle of crazy mood swings.

And hopefully this can also be a small help for those who may have it but unaware that they do. (In my stages of anger and rage I was also furious that I didn't find out about PMDD any sooner, haha.)
