When I activate Meditative Focus during an activity…I lose track of place and time… I do not know who I am, I do not care what people think...I do not bother about the result…I have no fear of failure… I have no fear at all…It is a pure ecstatic ride. Blaming someone for pain, unhappiness and problems in life is the easiest thing one can do. It does not involve much energy. You feel light instantly because the burden of action… the burden of making things right… is no longer on You. You have relieved Yourself of all responsibility. Blaming someone means…shifting responsibility…giving away the power to change things…being helpless…being a victim…getting sympathy & pity from other blamers….and staying stuck forever. It also means being a sadist… deriving temporary pleasure from blaming someone for your problems. I have observed two patterns that blamers have: 1. Obvious Blame: Mr. X is 100% responsible for problems in Your life. 2. Subtle Blame: You know your problems are your responsibility but Mr. X is at least 1% responsible too. It doesn’t matter Whether You hold someone else… 100% or 1% responsible for problems in your life… the result you are going to get shall be the same… You remain locked in the prison of Problems alone and suffer with occasional visitors who offer you temporary pity and sympathy. “I am 100% responsible for whatever happens to me. I already have the power or I can to develop it and get out of problems. Taking action is 100% my responsibility.” This thought is your friend.
