First, AT&T gave me a phone # that had been someone else’s, and I get INSANE amounts of calls for her, & had to call FAFSA to have it removed to her old account so I could apply to college. AT&T refused to change the #.

Then they pulled my credit for internet and said they could send it to my PO Box. It was returned to sender. So they pulled my credit again, promising they could send it directly to my apartment. Though she assured me she had, the rep did not put my apt # on it, & it was returned to sender. Called today and they wanted to pull my credit a THIRD time to try to resend it.

God awful service. I will be cancelling my phone plan with them to get Mint Mobile so I can have a new phone #, and use their hotspot for internet. This was more than enough BS.
