I love mister from ExU so much that I decided to do a little animation of him!

Honestly, this is the first time in yeeeaaarrss I feel like it’s really worked for me. Not just with weight loss but just being overall good..I’m genuinely living my best life..feeling happy combined with strong mentally and physically...and continuing to get stronger. It took getting myself and my mind right for everything else to fall into place. When it all comes together, it just works. Balancing life!
I don’t think there’s really a right answer to the whole thing but listening to yourself and your body. And, as cheesy or cliche as that may sound..it’s true. Obviously, yes, diet is important but think more of it as fuel for your body and less “I can’t have this..I can’t have that”. Getting out of that restrictive mindset and finding what works for your body. Finding better options or different recipes or what works for your body type. And living it as a lifestyle..not a quick fix. What works for me might not for you and vise versa. Stop comparing or worrying about what others are doing. That’s in all aspects of life, not just fitness and health. It really all starts with yourself...and putting in that work and healing time needed. It’s not easy. It’s easy to post the after picture. But the work is not easy. A lot of sweat and tears....blood and bruises too sometimes..like when you trip and fall over a rower machine..yea, I did that👀🤦♀️😂🤷♀️
One thing that really helped me was throwing out my scale. Actually, the batteries died and I never replaced them😂..so it forced me to not check obsessively..then I threw it away after probably 3 months of it just sitting there. But, focusing on that damn thing messed with me for too long. I did track measurements once a month. Last I weighed myself was beginning of April and I weighed myself for the first time since then this past weekend.
I’ve lost around 20lbs and a total of 15inches. And though the number on the scale isn’t my main focus, it still is reassuring that what I’m doing is working for me.
Thanks for reading! And whatever you’re going through or working on, stay strong..you got this!💖
I love all of my beautiful dice. But, I think I need more!!🎲🤍
