As you may have noticed there has been a lack of updates since a while. So here we are. The beginning of the new year happens to be the period when you think about what you have done in the previous 12 months. And well, thinking about 2014 we can totally say that it has been the best year so far for the four of us, as a band. We have played our 100th set (for the very first time for each member in the band), realizing how much we enjoy, need and love playing. We have toured Europe twice, and played many other random shows here and there between Germany and Italy. We shared the stage with some of the best bands around…and some of the worst, as well. We played our favorite festivals, squatts and venues in Europe, sometimes even more than once in a year. We toured US on the East coast for the very first time, sharing the stage every night with some of the best dudes we could ever find. We also have written and recorded 5 songs that we consider to be the best songs we have ever written so far: we released “SECLUSION MMXIV”, which is almost sold out now. In the meantime every member of this band has made huge steps in his personal life. Giacomo started playing with TORSO and Punch, moved to US, and now he’s living and working there. Stefano R. started playing with 2 new bands ( CLASS and Bordo), and soon he will be on tour in Europe with them. Stefano C., together with our beloved friend Martina, started his own fanzine and record label called Brinner. Tadzio is cooking full time in a vegan restaurant, always booking shows in Milan, and is about to start a new band. This has been told to explain why we are answering “we are sorry, no” to every show request we have received in the past 5 months. HOLY have always been the four of us, and will always be. If it won’t be possible for us to play shows, practice and jam together, we simply won’t. This is not a farewell, nor a break up. We just aren’t sure on when or if we will be on the stage again, nor on when or if this band will start again playing together. We need to focus on our personal lives, and being physically far away each other makes impossible for us being the band we used to be until some months ago. We truly hope to have some news as soon as possible, it’s all we can say right now. Thank you so much for supporting this band from the beginning until today. So see you soon...hopefully.
