I’ve been tempted to make some archive of the lore as a blog for a while but also- honestly one of the only things holding me back is because I. suck at making a good looking blog.

I would be so excited to see a comic!!! that sounds awesome !!!

and I am too!! I’ve tried making some over the years but this would be the first one I planned out fully and knew where it was going.

W101 central Forum with most of the history book’s texts

A few people have already tried to piece together the history.

Spent some time trying to find a good post from the forums; here’s the history of the Spiral to the point our wizard shows up.

Here’s the original post, which if I recall Blind Mew or another writer remarked on yet another forum post that it was spittingly accurate what the community ended up sleuthing out together. It goes up to Darkmoor, which, after that point, the timeline is pretty linear based on the game. Best if you read everything in the forum; there’s some good add-ons about P101 timeline overlaid.

Final Bastion has quest guides for each world; while the goals for each quest are not completely laid out, it may help with pacing and generally understanding buildup to the big bosses.

I’ve actually been working on the Spiral Compendium for a while. It is a lore document that is currently over 300 pages long and includes content from both Wizard101 (up to the end of Polaris, including side worlds) and Pirate101 (up to the end of Marleybone). It also includes content from online Q&As and the official websites.

Additionally, everything is sourced. The document will tell you exactly which quest (or url) I got the information from!

It includes brief plot summaries, as well–

I haven’t played wiz in a couple months, and I totally forgot I was making this. I don’t have plans to update the information anytime soon, but anyone with the link (above) can comment, and I would be happy to add any (sourced) information!
