From the start of my second pregnancy I was 124 lbs. I'm 5'2 so it was a healthy start. And through the pregnancy I decided I'd be more active than my previous pregnancy. So I walked at least three times a week for 40 minutes and ate at home almost all the time. That was a key factor. I had all these cravings and I wanted a McDonalds milk shake and double cheese burger but I'd have a salad instead. And the end of my pregnancy I was 154 lbs and when T was born I was down to 140bs. I had gained around 14lbs. I give two pounds to my breasts. One pound each. So for the first 8 weeks of T's life I didn't change much. I ate plenty of carbs and dairy. Both of which I've given up 6 days of the week. I drink a litre of water before every meal. Since giving up carbs the scale reads 135. I've been at this three weeks now. Except Saturdays. I take a break and eat want I want. It keeps me sane. It's been a nice slow way of losing weight.
