I never wanted to make another post like this again. I had hoped I would be relatively comfortable by now, but um, you know, man makes plans and capitalism crushes him. Me and my family have tried so, so hard to make things work, but we can't. all four of us are physically disabled and suffering from various forms of mental illness; my dad hasn't been able to work a contracting job in months because of his knee and his back. my mother, who is diabetic, has suffered TIAs from the stress of her job which is paying her below minimum wage. Of course, I have my check to look forward to but a check at the end of the month does not help us when we've been served eviction papers.

i'll post the letter here, but basically we owe $3,184 and if we don't pay by Tuesday, October 22, 2024, we will have 30 days to leave our house.I don't know about you, but I cannot stomach or handle the concept of being homeless for a third time. I cannot do it, I cannot ask my parents to do it, or my younger sister. I really just can't. So, if there's anything that anyone can do for us, I am begging you, hands and knees begging, for someone to help us.
