Hiatus Announcement
//I’m finally coming to terms with the fact that I cannot go to school, have a job, and maintain as many blogs as I do all at the same time. As such, I will be placing this blog (as well as many others) on hiatus. I will be back during school breaks, but please do not expect too much. I’m really sorry and I hope you will all stick with me. I love you all and thank you for following me. It means the world.//

A shocked look spread across the young girl’s face. How could people be so cruel? She’d just met the pirate, but Jax didn’t seem anything like what people made her out to be! “Why would they do that?” Kensington exclaimed, anger growing within her. “Why won’t you tell them to stop?” She huffed loudly, brunette strands of hair hanging upon her face. “If I were you, I would climb up onto a table a yell-” She looked around for a table, climbing upon a lunch-table that sat within the corridor. “-Go away, bullies! And don’t bother me any more! And don’t make me get really angry, because if I do, you’ll feel it in every inch of your bully bodies!” She shouted at the top of her lungs, pulling a pencil from her messenger bag and thrusting it into the air, “Okay!?”
Jax groaned in embarrassment, her face turning as red as her jacket. “Get down from there,” she hissed, pulling the girl from the table. “Are you trying to make things worse? Honestly, bullies are nothing compared to life on the Isle of the Lost. I can handle that. What I can’t handle is people thinking that the daughter of the infamous Captain Hook is too soft for a few practical jokes.” She crossed her arms over her chest, a devilish smirk playing on her lips. “And don’t worry about them getting away with this. I know who’s behind it and I guarantee they’ll get what’s coming to them.”

She gave a simple shrug of her shoulders “Consider them yours.” a tap was heard at the door “Bells?” “Come in dex!” Arabella reply sitting on her bed as he walk in.
“Thanks mate,” Jax replied, shooting the girl a sincere smile. She turned towards the door as Dexter entered, crossing her arms over her chest. “How long am I going to be here? Wherever here is…”

The Lost Girl’s bottom lip poked out into a pout as the girl before her explained why she had snapped. The daughter of Peter Pan absolutely hated when people were upset, it made her upset and she hated being upset. “Awh, peaches, what’s got you upset?” She questioned, the nickname slipping off her tongue due to the peachy colour of the girl’s voluminous locks of hair.
Jax smiled at the nickname, the first positive one she’d been given since arriving in Auradon. "Well if you must know, I bombed my algebra test and then when I stopped at my locker, I opened it to find a baby crocodile. A real one, not stuffed. The bloody thing tried to bite my hand off! Don’t worry though, I didn’t hurt the poor thing. He was an unwitting accomplice to some jerks who think it’s funny to bully a pirate."

Jax glared after Pan, quickly changing once he was gone. “Mind if I hang onto this stuff for a bit? I have a feeling I’m gonna be here a while.” She crossed her arms over her chest, filching slightly when Arabella said ‘parents.’

“Jacqueline! Oh Jacqueline! Where are you?” Hook called out as he stomped around. He couldn’t believe his daughter had run from him again. “Where are you? You blasted girl!” he shouted. Hook began opening door after door. Eventually, he would find his child, and she would not be happy when he did. After a few more doors, Hook opened the right one. “There you are,” he said with a sick grin.
The young girl’s eyes went wide with fright as her entire body began to tremble. “It was an accident...” she muttered, her lip quivering as she began backing away from her father. Her gaze darted towards an open window before quickly returning to her father. “I didn’t mean to...I’m sorry....” A shout was heard from above decks and young Jacqueline took the opportunity to throw herself out the window, landing hard on the dock.

“How are you still holding on to that?” Jay asked with a scoff. “It was a pipe dream anyways. Why don’t you think of something more obtainable?” Jay knew he was being exceedingly cruel, but he couldn’t help himself. Something about Jax had always brought out the worst in him. To cover his moment of indecisiveness Jay glared at the girl and added, “If you’d really had a chance they would’ve taken your calls.”
“Get out,” Jax said, her voice overly calm. When he made no motion to leave, the rage hit quick. “I said get out!” She shoved Jay towards the door, not caring whether she hurt him in the process. She hoped he got hurt. “I don’t care what this says,” she held out her still glowing wrist, “I cannot be your soulmate. I will not be your soulmate. I would rather be anyone else’s soulmate than be stuck with you. Even a horribly painful death sounds preferable to being with you for the rest of my life. I hate you, and I will always hate you.” She turned away from him, staring out the large floor to ceiling windows in her loft’s living room.

Jacqueline silently closed the door behind her, struggling to keep her shaky breaths quiet. Please don't find me. Please don't find me. At just eight years old, the young pirate was all too familiar with her father’s wrath. Her tiny form tensed as she heard the sound of her father’s boots thundering down the steps, his voice calling out for her. Her eyes slammed shut as her breathing al but stopped.

hookatheart A wide smile was spread across the Lost Girl’s face as she walked down the corridor, waving at almost every person to pass by. “Good morning!” She greeted, happiness dripping from her voice. The sound of rain and thunder filled her ears due to the storm that took over the sky outside. It wasn’t the girl’s favourite weather, being she preferred sunshine, though she liked the sound of the rain.
The tail of her sweater trailed behind her as she walked, gathering water from the falling rain. She held her books closely to her chest - as to not get them wet with rain - and she looked at her feet as she walked - as to not slip and fall. While she watched her feet, she stumbled into somebody and uttered out a, “I am so sorry!”
Jax stumbled backwards as the other girl collided into her, catching herself before she could fall. “Whatever. Maybe just watch where you’re going next time,” she snapped, having already been in a bad mood. She ran a hand through her hair, looking the girl over before emerald green eyes finally rested on her face. A sigh escaped her lips as she took a deep breath. Her nasty mood had nothing to do with this girl. “Sorry. It’s been a pretty rotten day.”
