WHAT IF? BAD ENDING

"Upupu... Oh well.. It seems you all were just too dumb to figure it out... "

The Rule book beeps in your pocket, and all of the rules have changed... It seems even mutual killing won't get you out of here now. There will be no more trials. These doors will never open...

Ten Years Later...

Hideo Akikaze spent the first few years in the library, doing nothing but becoming a hive mind in order to dull the boredom. Hotaru Hoshino became pregnant and bore a beautiful baby boy which they named after their past friend. Rex Akikaze.

David January managed to stay strong for the first few years, but by year 4 he fell into a deep depression. After everyone turned 21, Monokuma started to stock a variety of drinks in the cafeteria. David became a drunkard, his temperament becoming very sporadic and off due to the alcohol having an adverse effect on his body. 

Then there was Aiko Tsukino. Over time she found herself spending more and more of her hours in the computer lab. Once Hotaru and Hideo had gotten married, her interaction with the living all but stopped completely. The final body was found on February 14, 2021. In the computer lab, she lied dead, on the floor propped up against the tables where the laptops sat.  A series of wires were jammed into her skin, connecting herself to the alter egos computer. Now she could be with all of her friends again, close and personal. 

But what happened right after the Trial?

One Pod began to open. A tall man in a brown hoodie and a demented smile stepped out of it. He stretched and yawned, then looked around. 

"Oh well... It was fun while lasted..." Whistling a happy toon, Rex Coleman walked out of the front doors, not leaving the building until after all of his fellow past classmates were left in a bloody mess.

Epilogue Start

The trial is over. The Mastermind is dead, and in your hands lies a big red button.

"Hit the Button, and Out ya Go~!" The ominous doors to the front of the school stand, locked, and now you have the key. 

Collecting all together, you stand at the door and prepare for whatever is to come...

You hit the button, and the lights around the door turn Green. The first, then the second, but as the third starts to flicker everything starts to blur.

The world around you twists and contorts, and you fall over. 

"W-What's happening...?"

...

A blinding bright light, the sounds of whirring machinery... Something.. Glass? You're in a glass tube. It creaks to life and slowly starts to open.

You stand up and look around, along with your other friends. All the other pods are open, except for one... Only one. Stumbling over to it in a daze, you see Rex Coleman. Sleeping with a mad man smile plastered across his face. You see the glass, but then you see your own reflection.

"w-Wait... What?" You look different. Your hair is longer, you yourself are taller. Obviously, you're older. You look like a fully grown adult now...

And then the doors open. Someone walks in... A few people walk in. 

Your friends. Those people you watched die. Are now standing in the room with you, smiling and greeting. 

"Welcome To Reality." 

GAME END: HAPPY ENDING.

THE MASTERMIND HAS BEEN FOUND. 

REX COLEMAN. THE GIG IS UP.

The doors to the school will be opening in 15 minutes. Welcome to the New World.

You wake up, groggy and nervous. The first time you heard the Masterminds voice, they said everyone had one week to figure out what's going on.

But that's proving much harder then you thought before...

Right as you think that, the monitors come to life again. It seems the Mastermind has something else to say...

It's been a while.. The school was pretty quite after Mai. But then, all of a sudden.. The entire building lights up. All things electronic flash as the monitors flicker on.

Monokuma stands before a black drop. Though there is something off about this... As the image stays completely static you wonder if it really is just an image instead of a feed.

And then... A voice starts to play. It wasn't Monokuma's voice... It was distorted and hard to make out. But you could hear the words clearly.

It could only be... Mastermind.

Act Five:Start! New Rooms!

This seems to be the end of the "new floors." Maybe Monokuma will give up after the next trial? Doubtful. Maybe he has something to say about this. 

The bright side is this area seems to have very interesting rooms. There is a Biology Lab, a large Dojo, and some beautiful Gardens. Dude wait, are there chickens in the Garden?! THERE'S FIVE FREAKING CHICKENS IN THAT GARDEN.

Artistic Differences

Upupu! Good Morning Students! Time to Wake up and have a Wonderful Day!

The bears voice crashes through the school and you awake with a headache, in a general foul mood. Skipping out on breakfast you decide to just walk around a bit. Once you make your way up to the 4th floor you realize that you really haven't done that much looking around up here. The classrooms are dull.. The Headmasters Room is locked tight... And the Art Room. As you enter the Art Room...

A Bang Up Job

The Backlash from Alice's reveal has calmed down by this point. However, David has been quite a bit more serious lately. You've hardly seen him at all. 

5 o clock comes and you walk into the Physics Lab. Every student is present, along with an extra camera streaming over to the computer lab. David greats you with a triumphant grin, gesturing over to a table he has set up with numerous bizarre contraptions. 

"Why are we here David?!"

"It's simple friends! I finally finished this great scientical plan to destory the gate! We are all gonna be able to continue living outside, just like before! In less then five minutes, we'll be free!"

Everyone gasps and he continues on. 

"We won't have to stay here at all! It's a little bit too complicated to explain what I did really... But I created something that can melt through the metal. We can finally break out!" Hopefully he looks over to Alice, and smiles.

"...It's over."

"When I mix these two, we will be out of here in no time."  He reaches forward and grabs two final bottles and a strange powder. David adds the powder to the bottle and smiles for just a moment

...

The light is blinding, everyone's ears begin to ring as you hear David screaming in agony. The Fire dies down quickly and you run over to his... body.

His Hair. His Ear. His Arm. Are just gone now. Somewhere on the other end of the room. With a pale face and glazed over eyes he looks to Alice once again. "T...That.. wasn't suppose t..to happen..." 

Slowly his eyes close again and David begins to go into shock.
