Hello, this is a hypnosis challenge. I challenge you not to get hypnotized by the relaxing words. If you are successful in resisting my hypnotic words then once you have completed this you can congratulate yourself on a very powerful will, but if you succumb to the power of my soothing voice I will then implant a simple post-hypnotic suggestion to see who has succumbed to the challenge. If you are up to the challenge get ready to sit back, stare, and try not to relax, and not fall into a deep sleep from these words.Ā
Sitting where you are, it may be very easy for you to start staring intensely at the words on the screen, even starting to hear your own voice reading them, droning on and on. Itās very monotonous almost soothing to you, but again it is your goal not to get hypnotized and not to go into a deeply relaxed state from this test. There may be several reasons while you are already struggling with this challenge. The words right in front of your eyes may be to luring. These words may make you feel more and more relaxed, and draw you into that sweet, relaxed feeling of trance. That may be tempting enough for you to continue staring at these words to see if they affect you anymore; to see if there are other words that make your eyes begin to glaze over or your body begin to relax. If you want to succeed in completing this challenge though I suggest that you try and look away now even if your eyes keep coming back to the words. Try your hardest to look away from this alluring story and the influences of the words. Again I recommend that you try your hardest to look away from the words that make you relax as much as possible, even though your eyes may continue to drift just looking at the words slightly and then slowly but surely making their way further down the page until the spiral completely envelops your vision. Additionally, my words may also be causing trouble in this challenge. I have been told that I have a very relaxing way with words and I have taken many people under by just by having them look at my words. Just by staring at my words, these people begin to relax further. it may not matter what they read, but slowly their bodies begin to relax, their breathings lows, their muscles relax, and they feel themselves sinking ever so gently that warm comfortable state of hypnosis. Unfortunately for you, your challenge again is to resist my hypnotic words so no matter how much you feel your muscles begin to relax as you read my words, no matter how much your breathing begins to slow down, and no matter how much your mind begins to empty your challenge is to try your hardest, as hard as you possibly can to resist my words. For others of you, it may not be my alluring words and keeps drawing you back, causing you troubles with this challenge. It may be a combination of these many things that are contributing to your relaxed calm state at the moment. There could also be other factors that are affecting your happy, relaxed state at this moment. It could just be that you have had a long day today and you are just reading this to waste some time before you drift off to sleep. For whatever reason, though you are reading and taking this challenge to try not to be hypnotized, and if itās going well youāre not feeling that nice, comfortable feeling of slipping into a trance. Not feeling that mindless, blank feeling brought on by my words. If you are lucky to be succeeding in the challenge you will find yourself not relaxed, not tired, not feeling your eyes begin to glaze over, and not feeling your mind beginning to empty as all minds do when they begin the process of entering a deep hypnotic sleep. Ā
And unfortunately for those of you who have to come to this challenge so far, youāre most likely not far away from being in a completely hypnotic trance. Most likely you will only need a simple countdown to complete your process into a mindless, blank, and relaxed state. So let me finish this challenge by counting down from 10. A very simple thing to do, and for those of you who have succeeded in this challenge so far, most likely this countdown will not affect you as much as others. But for those of you who are feeling like you are already in a blank, empty, trance-like state, then this will completely take you under into a hypnotic trance. 10. feeling your body completely relaxed while staring at my words. 9. Drifting deeper. 8. Deeper into that already known state. 7. Feeling your mind completely empty. 6. No more thoughts, no more cares, and no more worries. 5. Feeling your muscles completely succumb to the hypnotic trance. 4. Feel your whole body just sink. 3. No more thoughts, no more cares, no more worries. 2. Completely enveloped by my words. 1. Succumbing to a deep hypnotic trance. Now at this moment you just wanted to continue to read and continue to follow what I have to say. At this point, you have to succumb to the hypnosis from and have lost the challenge. Nod your head if you understand that. Good. Now since you understand this you also should understand that you were told that you would be given posthypnotic suggestions if you did, in fact, succumb to this hypnosis session. This posthypnotic suggestions will be a very simple ones to do when you wake up. You will find that you have a strong desire to reblog this post.
