Itâs been one full year after the infamous âTragedyâ came to a close. Humanity is regaining itâs civility, much to the comfort of everyone at Future Foundation. However, things take a bleak turn once an influential lawyer from Germany accuses the Foundation of being ignorant towards the crimes against humanity committed by the former Remnants of Despair. Meanwhile, a new criminal going by the name of âHappy Oscarâ sets out to commit all sorts of elaborate crimes. And his attention turns towards one of the said Remnants.
