Today’s Workout: 3.2 mile training run
4 x 400 Speed Work:
1 mile warm up
.25 miles (fast)
30 seconds slow
Repeat 4x
1 mile cool down
I forced my hubby to run with me today. He didn’t wanna do it but he was glad he did after. Sometimes all people need is a little push in the right direction;)
I ran in the evening and got the most beautiful sunsets. It was freezing, but my view motivated me.
