sky woke up with a terribly painful headache, but next to a terribly hot human being. they chuckled sleepily before playing with avery’s hair a bit. the party they had in their dorm left a massive mess that neither of them even bothered to clean up. spin the bottle was certainly one of their favorite things to do ever. although the end of the night was the best turn they had, considering they got way more action than kissing with avery after everyone left. they sat up and stretched with a slight moan before turning around, “d’i wake you up?” @houndoomcd

     partying all night wasn’t something he was used to, though all he really did was get wasted and kissed a couple people. sky, in particular. yet in this moment he wasn’t sure if he was proud of himself or hating his entire life. knowing avery, it was probably both. but, whatever blissful rest he was getting came to an end --- mostly due to the massive headache that hit him the second he was awaking. “hmm...” he managed to reply, clearly still wanting the embrace of sleep. “it’s- it’s okay,” last night was something else, that’s for sure, and waking up with sky seemed to only cement that statement further. not bothering to sit up, avery finally opened his eyes as he looked towards sky with a soft, tired smile. “i’d say good morning but fuck this hangover...”

sky smiled, feeling beyond lucky that they got a roommate that shared their views. they squinted playfully at the other before making their way over to his bed and plopping down next to them. “hm, i wonder.” they bit their lip and eyed the other’s mouth, followed by the rest of his body. the thing about sky was that they had zero subtlety when flirting. they were the type who knew what, or who, they wanted, and when they wanted it; and they went for it. “you bored?” they looked up at him with brown eyes filled with false innocence.

     if there was one thing avery actually knew, it was when people were checking him out. it’s been done more times than he could remember and acknowledging that wouldn’t even be to brag; he realized he was good looking. but sky might’ve been the first to not beat around the bush about it, or make a ridiculously lame excuse to get closer. “immensely bored.” he may have mirrored sky’s earlier actions, hazel eyes shifting from the other’s eyes to their mouth for a moment, “think we can come up with something fun to alleviate it?” now avery was just teasing as his smile grew. there were ideas in mind, naturally, and he had little doubt sky hadn’t thought of a few either.

one of the great things about being at kanto university was the fact that sky genuinely got along with their roommate; maybe a bit in a way that isn’t common for roommates, but it didn’t matter; it was better than hate. sky eventually got bored of scanning through the songs on their phone after about 2 minutes, before glancing over towards avery on the bed across from their’s. “dude, listen. i know i tell you like, everyday. but you’re extremely fuckin’ hot, y’know? and like, so am i…y’know?” they smiled, taking their earbuds out of their ears. @houndoomcd

     “yeah, i know. both of those statements are true,” he answered as he propped himself up on his bed, leaning back on his elbows. his roommate was right, it wasn’t a rare occurrence that they mention how they think he’s hot, though avery didn’t mind it. the feeling was mutual, if anything, and that made it better. (besides, avery was glad it wasn’t hatred between them; he didn’t think he could handle that drama.) the dark-haired male couldn’t help grinning as he eyed the other in curiosity. “we’re both hot and stuck in this room together? i wonder what we’ll do to beat our growing boredom.”
