Today I through hiked the Narrows of Zion. In total it was over 16 miles in a river.

Today my back hurts but there is this view.

Today it's time for a draining week before a draining vacation to Utah.

Today I'm still dreaming of brunch.

Today we are watching the planes go by for fleet week.

Today we are rooting for the PAC 12. JK go Cougs, f*** Stanford.

Today we're swimming upstream.

Today it’s midnight on my way back from the airport and I’m crying in an Uber because I regret the way I spent my vacation and treated those around me. I let the stress of a job that I don’t even know if I want anymore prevent me from spending time with those actually in the room with me. I let this job alter my mood. I let this job get in the way of having a relaxing time and connecting with loved ones I don’t get to easily see.
