Reflect on the year - Your journey of fearless experimentation and self-discovery does not end here. Tomorrow will be the beginning of another 365 challenges!
Discover new forms of meditation - Vipassana, mantra, mindfulness, guided, walking, labeling, zazen, Tonglen, and metta are all forms of meditation practiced in previous challenges this year. Find new techniques or come up with your own form of meditation.
Staycation - Take some time off and don't go anywhere. You can enjoy your free time at home just as much as if you were at an exotic resort.
Go to a bar sober - Alcohol is not required to enjoy yourself at the bar. Appreciate your conversations at the bar with a clear mind.
Passive listening - Instead of reading a book, consume it as an audiobook while doing routine tasks.
Follow thought leaders - Use social media the way it was intended. Follow leading thinkers to see the issues they face and how they tackle them.
Give a gift - Find a meaningful gift for someone you care about. The best gifts are the ones that the recipient would have never thought about getting on their own.
Measure social anxiety - Take one of these tests online and see where you stand - Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale; Social Interaction Anxiety Scale.
Gun to the head - If you are having trouble making a decision, use a hypothetical situation with the most extreme consequences. Blast through the indecisiveness by imagining you a gun to your head forcing you to make an instinctual decision within seconds.
Sell your art - Create a piece of art and put it up for sale on eBay or Etsy.
Throw a party - Bring all your friends together and create a great time for them.
Find a new job - Over time, every job will become tedious and repetitive. You will never know the greener pastures that lay beyond your comfort zone if you stay in the same job forever.
To not do list - List all your bad habits that you want to eventually get rid of and cross them off when you do overcome them.
Create playlists - Have different music playlists depending on different moods (like chillout, concentration, or workout).
Limiting beliefs - Do you believe you can you become a billionaire? No matter how large the belief, self-doubt is a self-fulfilling prophecy that will become reality.
Frugal hedonist - What is the most amount of fun you can have on a very meager budget?
Daily brief - Staying informed of current events is very time consuming. Subscribe to a daily digest that you can read in a few minutes.
