Closed RP: Not so regular check-up

It had been a boring day for Dr. Alma. All the patients that had seen her today were for either their monthly check-up or to write out prescriptions. When she was ready, she left her office to get her next patient.

“Ms. Cordelia?,” she called out the name that was on her file,“Please come with me to the office. Thank you.” she waited for her patient to enter her office before she entered.

Cordelia perked up and blinked at her name being called. Wow, fast service!

Not so long ago, she had gotten sick and decided to go to a doctor. That's what land people did, right? They never had anything like this where she was from. Then again, they never got sick where she was from. Must be a land thing...

The young woman looked all around Dr. Alma's office, then sat in an available chair and looked up at Alma expectantly, much like a little kid in school.

"Thank you so much for seeing me! Is this where you hit my leg and I kick?" She asked. She had read part of some children's book called "Doctors Aren't Scary" prior to this visit. She was quite proud of her research!

Rediscovered (closed rp)

A day off of work, that’s what Ben believed he needed, some time with his family. He had dragged his sister on some of his expeditions, and while she enjoyed them, it felt like work. With that in mind, he took Pocky off planet with him, and they enjoyed some brother sister bonding.

“Ben! Can we play some hide and seek?” Pocky asked. They currently were in a patch of woods; it was mostly open, some trees scattered here and there.

Ben was always reluctant to play this game, especially considering how easy it was to lose the tiny girl, but this place was pretty safe from what he saw. Agreeing to hide, the grey Inkie scuttled off to find a hiding place.

“Ready or not, here I come!” Pocky announced. With a determined look on her face, she trekked along to find Ben.

Ben wasn’t the one thing hiding among the trees. In near distance, Fuyuko was wandering about looking for.. Well nothing. She just liked walking in nature and taking in the scenery. She never expects to find anything.

She rolled around in the leaves, and clawed at the ground, enjoying her free time. Will admit she was quite loud though. Yowling and making her presence well known.

Pocky blinked, picking up the noise. Far as she knew, it was only Ben and her….was he hurt or something? Why would he make that noise?

“…Ben?” She followed the noise, and stopped in her tracks.

That wasn’t Ben. Not by a long shot.

She giggled at the misunderstanding and stepped towards Fuyuko, the leaves crunching under her feet.

“Oh, hello, ma'am!” She chirped. “Thought you were my brother for a second, I didn’t know there was anybody else here!”

Who was that? She quickly turned right side up and stared at the stranger. Oh, a child? She sure looked like a child. 

Seeing her, she immediately smiled and nuzzled Pocky with her nose. She was just so small, cute and innocent looking! What else was she gonna do? Besides, that’s how she says hello.

Pocky squeaked in surprise at the affection, but giggled once she got used to it. There were cats back in Noira, but none like this!

"Hi, kitty! You're so pretty!" With a gloved hand, she scratched behind one of Fuyuko's ears.
