I actually took about a shower and then filled my tub and took an hour long bath with some wine and candles and bath bombs, read my book, and then slept for 15 hours. And then I did it again. I’m finally ready to reemerge into the real world again after this bullshit storm.

This storm was crazy! It’s a good thing I stayed home and didn’t get stuck in some random place for a week. I’m just glad it’s finally over so I can tend to the bees before winter comes! For those that are concerned about the bees at the apiary (if you’re not concerned, you should be), the bees are a-okay! The hives are only a little wet but they will recover!

I AM SO GLAD YOUR BEES ARE OKAY, BUZZY! Does this mean I can expect honey come springtime?

Verbena is pretty much okay. I’m like 80% sure my brother wanted to cry when he saw how many of the jars he just ordered were broken. Our window is also damaged, so we’re gonna be closed for a bit while we clean up and get it all fixed. As for me, my trip to Ireland has been postponed to probably mid-December, which is a shitty feeling.

Hourly reminder that I love you and will chip in for your trip to Ireland with the money I make from the black market of my backyard truffle garden.

I’m set for this conference that is literally a week and something before my graduation– the fact that I’m taking a plane to L.A, only to stay there for a day and a half, just to fly back home– is a tease, I wonder how much In-N-Out I can stuff into my body before I explode from trans fat and sodium.
